Lime Telenet

Lime Telenet specializes in hard-lined internet, wireless internet, phone service and comprehensive Hosted PBX solutions. Also, they are one of the few companies in Southwestern Ontario, offering large-area wireless point to point communications.

To make this project a reality, we collaborated closely with the Lime Telenet team to understand their needs and the pain-points they were facing on the old website.

We started our journey, focusing on the user experience. Our goal was to make the site usable to a targetted audience of any age-group. We wanted to simplify the process of ordering a service, made sure all the critical information was visible to the user and finally, a site that is cross-device & cross-browser compatible.

At Mach Digital, we always aim to keep websites lightweight so it can load faster, and we believe there is no need to boggle down a site with features if it doesn't meet the project requirement.

The theme on Lime Telenet is custom coded from scratch using Leaner Style Sheet (Less) and jQuery. Our objective during the front-end development was to create a template that is expandable without any limitations. We wanted Lime Telenet to have the option of expanding their website with ease when needed.

The website is quite different from a traditional eCommerce website. Products are laid out based on service categories where the user can quickly obtain individual service information. With a click of a button, users can easily order their choice of service(s) from the website.
